Yet another under-construction building in Los Angeles has been covered in graffiti.

Taggers were spotted spray painting a building in the 600 block of North Ardmore Avenue late Tuesday and early Wednesday, according to stringer service Key News Network.

Video shows at least two men, one masked and one barefaced, vandalizing the top full floor of the six-story structure, which is encased in scaffolding and consists of little more than a wooden frame and plywood.

Every other level also had been tagged.

The men climbed the structure despite the visible presence of several surveillance cameras in an adjacent parking lot from which the tagging was recorded.

The spray painting of an unfinished building is reminiscent of downtown Los Angeles‘ Oceanwide Plaza, which has been covered in graffiti recently.

The city of L.A. plans to pay nearly $4 million to clean and secure that site, though officials hope to be repaid by the Chinese company that owns the property and stopped construction in 2019.
