Bear cub on the loose in La Crescenta area

An unlikely visitor showed up to Crescenta Valley High School on Tuesday in the form of a bear cub. The young cub was spotted up in a tree just outside campus, according to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.

A vehicle ended up on a residence's balcony after a wild crash in Chino early Tuesday morning. The woman who lives at the home where the car crashed said she thought it was an airplane. "We were up in bed sleeping and it sounded like a plane drove through our house," Andrea Kobzeff said. "It woke us up [and we found] there was a car parked on the second floor of our home.
