This month, our partners at Make-A-Wish are celebrating World Wish Month. It's a celebration dating back to 1980 when the first wish was granted. Since then, thousands of wishes have been granted. In order to continue granting wishes, they need all the support they can get. Trejo's Coffee & Donuts recently partnered with the organization and created the “Make-A-Wish donut.” Portion of the proceeds will go back to Make-A-Wish. A man who was detained by federal agents in Pomona was released from custody Wednesday, a day after a group of day laborers were detained during a nearby raid outside a Home Depot.
