Residents are on edge after a string of destructive burglaries continues targeting the same Long Beach area. Surveillance video captured the moment a hooded suspect smashed their way into a restaurant and escaped with the cash register.

A weekend flare-up that ignited nearly a month after the Line Fire first began in San Bernardino County grew by hundreds of acres overnight and has some mountain communities under evacuation orders and warnings Tuesday.
An update from Cal Fire had the blaze scorching 44,046 acres as of 5 a.m. Tuesday. The Line Fire stood at 43,459 acres Monday afternoon.

The orange glow of missiles streaked across Israel's night sky as air raid sirens sounded and residents scrambled into bomb shelters. Israel vowed retaliation for Iran’s barrage, which it said had caused only a few injuries.
