Los Angeles Chargers' top offensive lineman, rookie Joe Alt, will likely be sidelined for their Week 4 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Alt has been downgraded to doubtful for Sunday's matchup at home.

The #Chargers have downgraded OT Joe Alt to doubtful with an MCL sprain. He was previously questionable.

The 2024 No. 5 overall pick sustained an MCL sprain during the Chargers Week 3 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers and is now expected to miss Week 4.
The Chargers will now turn to Foster Sarwell to serve as the starting right tackle.
