The Disneyland Resort has announced a slate of new food, drinks and novelties to celebrate Pixar Fest, a celebration of all things Pixar.
On Thursday, “The Happiest Place on Earth” released new details on the food, ranging from ice cream and churros to potato dogs and burgers, and more that guests can expect at the months-long event.
New food and beverage highlights that will be available at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure include:
• The Rivera Family Huarache inspired by “Coco: Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante
• Fergus Fizz inspired by “Brave”: Red Rose Taverne
• BBQ Potato Dog inspired by “Toy Story”: Refreshment Corner
• Pineapple Coconut Float inspired by “Lava”: The Tropical Hideaway
• “There’s a Snake on my Funnel Cake!” Inspired by “Toy Story”: Stage Door Café
• Fire town Mac & Cheese Bites inspired by “Elemental”: Troubadour Tavern
• Mixed Emotions Popcorn inspired by “Inside Out”: Troubadour Tavern
• Birria Pizza inspired by “Coco”: Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta
• Dinoco Blue Cheeseburger inspired by “Cars”: Flo’s V8 Café
• Jack-Jack Shortbread Cookie inspired by “The Incredibles”: Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums
• Shake 2319 inspired by “Monsters, Inc.”: Schmoozies!
Sea monster friends parfait inspired by Disney and Pixar’s “Luca” will be at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Calif. – layers of graham cracker crumbs, mascarpone cheesecake, berry blue gelatin and blue Chantilly topped with a Luca chocolate decoration. The Marigold bridge inspired by Disney and Pixar’s “Coco” will be at Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Calif. – tri-colored white sponge, cinnamon croquantine, cinnamon mousse and cream cheese frosting, decorated with a chocolate bridge and orange chocolate shavings. Chile Verde Chicken Flautas Recuerdame will be at Paradise Garden Grill at Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, Calif. – topped with avocado spread, shredded lettuce, crema, queso fresco, tomatillo salsa and pickled onions, served with Spanish rice and refried beans topped with nopales pico de gallo; inspired by Disney and Pixar’s “Coco.” Available beginning April 26, 2024. On May 10, six Pixar-themed marketplaces will be available at DCA. Each location will be themed and have food inspired by one Pixar movie, including “Luca,” “Ratatouille,” “Elemental,” “Turning Red,” “Soul” and “Inside Out.”

- Angry Red Hot Mac & Cheese: Hanger Management inspired by “Inside Out”
Downtown Disney will also offer more food and drink offerings, in addition to limited-time novelties like a Coco Guitar and Alien Pizza Planet Truck buckets.
Pixar Fest runs from April 26 until Aug. 4.
