Each year, the Disney Accelerator program picks several companies doing cool stuff in new media and entertainment in an effort to help them turn their big ideas into reality.

The Disney Accelerator program started in 2014 and since then, it has selected a handful of companies each year to mentor. Entrepreneurs get access to leaders from Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, ESPN and Walt Disney Imagineering.

After a few months, these companies show off their products and ideas at an event called Demo Day. We talked to 3 of these companies doing really interesting things.
