Paul Mitchell, owner of Redistricting Partners, joined Inside California Politics this week to talk about California’s redistricting draft map.
“There are some lines that we’ve seen that we think kind of are not in their final form,” Mitchell said. “There are some members that stand out as being in a position right now where their districts are potentially — they’re not winnable or where the real population center that is their base has moved significantly.”
