California Sen. Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh joined Inside California Politics to discuss last week’s hearing on reforming the state’s Employment Development Department.
“We have to make sure they are being held accountable,” Ochoa Bogh said. “I’m surprised that the legislature has not been able to get EDD up to par.”
