Rongini Mukherjee and Steve Strohbeen were married at the Sea Life Aquarium, which is located at the Mall of America, Minnesota television station WCCO reported on Friday.

The couple decided on the underwater wedding after they learned to scuba dive together, according to the station.

About 70 guests stayed dry as they watched the ceremony from a tunnel beneath the 500,000 gallon tank, the station reported. Guests could hear the entire ceremony because the bride and groom were wearing special communication masks.

The underwater wedding was the second of its kind at the Sea Life Aquarium, according to WCCO.
