Popeyes, known for its chicken sandwich, is considered to be the best fast-food restaurant to get a fish sandwich as well, according to a new report from The Washington Post.
Tim Carman, the paper’s food reporter, tried 10 fish sandwiches from six national fast-food chains to determine which restaurants had the best sandwich.
One well-known fast-food fish sandwich, the Filet-O-Fish from McDonald’s, didn’t make the cut because Carman said the one he sampled was “greasy, bready and, oddly, chewy.”
