Deputies were looking for two men who tied up a woman and ransacked her home in East Los Angeles Wednesday morning.

The victim called 911 to report the home-invasion robbery in the 4200 block of Fisher Street (map) at about 8 a.m., according to Sgt. Jose Gonzalez of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The victim told authorities two men in ski masks confronted her inside her home and bound her with duct tape, Gonzalez stated in a news release.

The two men then ransacked the home before leaving on foot, according to Gonzalez.

Two nearby schools, Esteban Torres High School and Belvedere Middle School, were both placed on lockdown during the investigation, according to a Los Angeles Unified School District representative.

The lockdowns were lifted at about 8:35 a.m.
