An intense scene unfolded late Wednesday night as firefighters battled a house fire at a San Fernando home.

According to KeyNews, the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the house fire on the 200 block of North Lazard Street just after 11 p.m. Wednesday. The home’s attached garage was “well involved,” according to the LAFD.

In a video from the scene, explosions could be seen coming from the garage. KeyNews said those explosions came from fireworks in the garage.

No injuries were reported.

There was no immediate word as of Thursday morning on the status of the house. The cause of the fire was being investigated.
