Sandra Bullock definitely wasn’t acting last June when an intruder was in her home: Her fear is palpable in a 911 call played Thursday in court.

“I’m in my closet. I have a safe door in my bedroom,” the actress can be heard telling the dispatcher. “I’ve locked it and I’m locked in the closet right now.”

The Oscar winner saw a man in the hallway outside her bedroom when she got up to investigate some loud noises she first thought were caused by wind. In the 911 call, the 50-year-old tells the dispatcher that the man has gone up into her attic and she thinks he didn’t see her.

The taped conversation was the first piece of evidence presented against Joshua Corbett at a preliminary hearing, the Associated Press reported. The 39-year-old man was arrested June 8 on suspicion of felony burglary, stalking and weapons charges after police found him inside the actress’ house and later discovered what they called an “arsenal of weapons” at his Montrose home.
