More than 100 guns were seized and nearly 30 people arrested this month as part of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Operation Consequences.

Between Jan. 13 and 19, authorities served 19 search warrants in the following areas:

  • 200 block of South 7th Street, Colton
  • 19000 block of Westlawn Street, Hesperia
  • 31900 block of Highway 18, Lucerne Valley
  • 15500 block of 5th Street, Yucaipa
  • 1500 block of Buckeye Street, Highland
  • 200 block of Tanglewood Drive, Calimesa
  • 600 block of West 5th Street, San Bernardino
  • 12000 block of Clark Street, Moreno Valley
  • 11900 block of Indian Street, Moreno Valley
  • 8100 block of Marilyn Street, Highland
  • 2000 block of Nolan Street, San Bernardino
  • 12800 block of Biscayne Avenue, Victorville
  • 31500 block of Circle View Drive, Running Springs 
  • 10900 block of Pemberton Way, Adelanto

At those locations, suspected gang members and people prohibited from possessing guns were found to have 102 guns, including 18 unserialized weapons known as “ghost guns,” resulting in 29 felony arrests, authorities said in a news release.

In addition, more than 55 pounds of narcotics were found, including more than 50 pounds of methamphetamine and almost 5 pounds of cocaine.
