An overnight storm that topped off five days of nearly steady showers across Southern California also brought rain totals in parts of Los Angeles County to nearly 15 inches.
Some showers will linger into Thursday for parts of Orange County and the Inland Empire, but most areas will finally see dry conditions and possibly even sunshine.
This week’s storm set several records around the region with many areas seeing more than 10 inches of rain.

The storm still isn’t over for some mountain locations despite several feet of snow already falling.
Mountain High has already received 36 to 42 inches of snow, according to the Weather Service.
Southern Californians can look forward to a sunny weekend and warmer temperatures heading into next week.
