An Orange County teacher’s aide was arrested for allegedly conducting lewd acts with young girls.

The suspect was identified as Giacomo “Jack” Antonio Valdivieso-Vargas, 21, according to the Tustin Police Department.

Vargas worked as a teacher’s aide at Utt Middle School in Tustin.

During his time of employment, investigators said Vargas had inappropriately touched a 12-year-old girl.

He also allegedly made sexual remarks to at least two other 12-year-old girls, officials said.

Vargas was arrested Thursday on charges of felony child abuse, child annoyance, and lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old.
