Authorities chased multiple vehicles in the Los Angeles area Monday night.

Around 8:20 p.m., Sky5 arrived above a pursuit in the Hollywood area. The white SUV got onto the 101 Freeway and headed through downtown L.A. into South Los Angeles.

The driver was seen speeding and maneuvering erratically before they eventually stopped in the middle of the street in a residential area. Multiple people jumped out of the SUV and ran, at least one of them into a home nearby. At least one person was seen being detained, and it was believed that two more were on the loose.

By 8:45 p.m., another pursuit was underway on the 110 Freeway in the Pasadena area. The white pickup exited at Arroyo Boulevard and began weaving through surface streets.

The driver was suspected of burglary, police said.

The truck pulled over around 8:50 p.m. near the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Catalina Avenue, and multiple people got out. Police were working to detain them.

A curfew was in effect across L.A. County from 6 p.m. Monday until 6 a.m. Tuesday.
