The owner of a popular Lynwood taco shop was gunned down at his own restaurant after celebrating Father’s Day with his family back in June.

Jose Padilla was closing up when three armed men burst into the restaurant through a back door, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The father of six and grandfather of 11 was shot 10 times in the chest, his daughter Miriam Padilla said.

The 65-year-old was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

His slaying remained unsolved.

Detectives were hoping two new suspect sketches might lead to a break in the case.
