A teen girl who disappeared in Pico Rivera was found safe on Tuesday night.

The teen was identified as Kimberly Tiffany Reyes Mendoza, 16, by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

“Thank you to the public, the media, and deputy personnel for their tireless efforts in the search for Kimberly,” said the LASD.

At the time, Mendoza was last seen on the 4900 block of Lexington Road around 7:05 a.m.

The girl’s family was concerned for her well-being as she did not have a history of running away, authorities said.

It’s unclear in what condition Mendoza was found. No further details surrounding her disappearance or discovery were released.
