A missing woman who had disappeared in Palmdale in early March was found safe.

The woman was identified as Lexi Sutherland-Ward, 28, by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

“Thank you to the public, the media, and deputy personnel for their tireless efforts in the search for Ms. Sutherland-Ward,” LASD officials announced on March 10.

At the time of her disappearance, Sutherland-Ward was last seen on March 5 on the 1500 block of West Avenue O-8 at around midnight.

Loved ones said the woman had depression and schizophrenia.

Information on the circumstances surrounding her discovery or the condition she was in was not immediately released.
