Loved ones are searching for a teen who disappeared in Palmdale.

The at-risk teen was identified as Adriana Ruiz, 16, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Ruiz was last seen on May 9 at the intersection of 30th Street East and Palmdale Boulevard 3700 at around 11 a.m.

She is described as a Hispanic female standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing around 125 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue sweats and a gold chain with a cross. She has a tattoo of the number “3” on her wrist.

Her family has not heard from her since and is concerned for her well-being. Her photo was released in hopes someone may have spotted her.
