Lisa A. Arnold is accused in the Aug. 10 incidents that occurred about a mile apart — on a Glendale street corner and at an elementary school.

Arnold was charged with two felony counts of attempted kidnapping with the special allegation that the victims where under 14 years old, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced. She entered a not guilty plea in Burbank court.

In the first instance, Arnold allegedly tried to pick up a 14-month-old girl in her stroller before being stopped by the child’s mother at Adams Street and Chevy Chase Drive.

Shortly after that, she allegedly drove to John Marshall Elementary School and picked up a 3-year-old boy who was with his older brother. The mother came and intervened in the second incident, police said.
