Nearly 3,000 flags were on display Wednesday morning at Pepperdine University. The Waves of Flags tribute to all 2,977 victims of 9/11 will remain on display for two weeks. Wendy Burch reports for the KTLA 5 Morning News on Sept. 11, 2019.
