Not all of the programming on Antenna TV has closed captioning.  Older shows are exempt from the rule and new networks get 4 years to become fully complaint.  Antenna TV is working to have more shows and movies closed captioned, but it will take time to do this.

KTLA is not allowed to air “Married With Children” in the Los Angeles market due to broadcast rights.  KTLA is legally required to cover “Married With Children” with alternate programming whenever the show is scheduled on Antenna TV.   KTLA currently chooses to cover the Monday-Friday 7:00p-8:00pm block with a repeat of our six o’clock news for viewers who want to see local news but aren’t home early enough.

Tribune Broadcasting and Sony launched Antenna TV, a classic television and general entertainment movie network beginning January 1, 2011.  KTLA does not own or operate Antenna TV and we do not have control over the programming lineup.
