Ahead of WeHo Pride weekend May 31-June 2, West Hollywood Arts Coordinator Mike Che joined KTLA to discuss the city’s annual Harvey Milk Day Event on May 22. The bash serves as the launch of Pride Starts Here, the city’s overall Pride initiatives. Laura Biery, the city’s director of economic development, explains how West Hollywood is an international destination for Pride celebrations and a vanguard when it comes to LGBTQ+ issues.
