Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti joined the KTLA Morning News to discuss the “Raise The Wage LA” proposal for the city of Los Angeles to more than thirteen dollars per hour by 2017. Currently CA minimum wage is $9 with a scheduled increase to $10 in 2016.
