Megan Henderson

Megan Henderson co-anchors the weekday early edition of the “KTLA Morning News” and hosts KTLA’s newest weekday afternoon show, Off the Clock. She’s thrilled to be a part of the station she grew up watching.

Megan was born in San Pedro and spent part of her childhood in Long Beach before moving to San Clemente for high school. She graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. She started her broadcast career in Wichita Falls, Texas, doing everything from reporting and anchoring to editing and producing.

From there, Megan moved to Salt Lake City where she reported and anchored “Good Day Utah.” She later moved to Dallas to anchor DFW’s top-rated morning show, “Good Day” at KDFW-TV.

Throughout her career, Megan has made supporting various philanthropic causes a priority. In 2018, she was named an Official UNICEF USA Supporter after traveling with the organization to Kenya, Vietnam, Guatemala and Mexico. She is also a volunteer at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and the Watts Youth Empowerment Center in South Los Angeles.
