Gayle Anderson was live in Irwindale to continue our series of reports previewing the 2020 Rose Parade Floats that currently under construction.
Today, Gayle learned about the floats being produced by Phoenix Decorating Company, one of the major float building companies which has been building floats since 1985.
Today, Gayle got to see the construction of the 2020 Rose Parade Floats being produced for Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day, The SCAN Foundation,and Rotary International.
