Former El Monte Union High School District Superintendent Irella Perez, who was placed on administrative leave in March, recently filed a claim for damages alleging she was targeted for standing up for harassed employees, and that she was subjected to harassment herself. Kareen Wynter reports from El Monte for the KTLA 5 News at 10 on Sept. 22, 2016.
