A white woman in her late 30s was clad in a yellow bikini bottom and green bikini top when she took items from properties on June 4, according to a news release from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The woman entered a “locked property” in the 28000 block of West Avenue C-6 in Lancaster and took items, and then later that day took valuables after entering an unlocked home in the 47000 block of Three Points Road in Lake Hughes, the Sheriff’s Department said.

The first address is in the small, remote community of Neenach, a few miles north of the second address, in the settlement of Three Points, according to Google Maps.

Authorities did not describe the items that the woman took, nor did they call her a thief or say she was wanted for burglary. The sheriff’s news release said the woman was “wanted for questioning.”

She was described about 5 feet 5 inches tall and 120 pounds. She drove away in a tan sedan.

Anyone who recognizes her was asked to call Detective Wheatcroft at 661-255-1121, ext. 5156.
