A 33-year-old Northern California woman was arrested on suspicion of murder on Saturday after her husband’s body was found buried in a shallow grave in Yuba County the day before, according to KTLA sister station KTXL.

Deputies with the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department discovered the body of Juan Rodriguez, 33, after receiving an anonymous tip that he been buried in a shallow grave in Olivehurst, KTXL reported.

The anonymous tipster also told the department that Rodriguez had been killed by his wife, Monica Rodriguez, according to the station.

She was also accused of asking two women to help her dispose of her husband’s body, sheriff’s officials told the Sacramento area television station.

Monica Rodriguez had reported her husband missing back in January.

She was arrested after deputies served a search warrant at her residence.

Rodriguez was booked into jail on a murder charge and being held without bail, according to Yuba County inmate records.
