It’s been more than eight months since Jose Manuel Rangel was fatally shot in Cudahy, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in tracking down the killer.

Rangel, 32, was gunned down on the Clara Street Bridge in the 5400 block of Clara Street at about 4 p.m. on May 14, 2023, the LASD said in a news release.

Authorities have not detailed any information about the suspected shooter or shooters, nor what led up to the attack.
