Authorities issued a special bulletin Sunday to inform the public of their search for a missing elderly man with medical problems who likely walked away from his Laguna Woods home late Saturday.

Sa Lee, 82, was last seen at his residence in the Leisure World Community (map) at about 10 p.m., according to a news release from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Lee does not have access to a vehicle and was believed to have left on foot, however, a search of the immediate area showed no sign of Lee.

Lee has medical and memory problems and has wandered away in the past, according to the news release.

He was described as an Asian man, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with black salt and pepper hair, and brown eyes.

Lee, who does not speak English, was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and pants, white tennis shoes and a black baseball cap.

Anyone with information on Lee’s whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Department investigators at 714-647-7055 or dispatch at 714-647-7000.
