Video shows cars nearly hitting a crowd of spectators during a street takeover in South Los Angeles early Monday morning.
A large crowd was gathered for the street takeover around 1:30 a.m. in the area of Western Avenue and Imperial Highway, where vehicles were seen swinging in the intersections.
