CALABASAS, Calif. (KTLA) — Justin Bieber’s neighbors were fuming once again on Friday, after his housemates were caught on tape speeding through the streets of Calabasas.

TMZ obtained video shot by a female resident on Thursday that appears to show Lil Za and Lil Twist zooming past her in two of the singer’s vehicles.

The woman follows the vehicles — a black Range Rover and a white Ferrari — to the gate outside The Oaks, the community where Bieber lives.

“Yo, stop recording us! What you doing? What is that for?” Lil Za shouts from behind the wheel of the Range Rover.

“For speeding,” the woman replies.

“As a resident, I should be able to open my gate,” Lil Za replies.

“You’re not a resident, you’re not a resident. Where do you live?” the woman says, as Lil Za approaches her car.

“I live with Justin Bieber and you know I do,” he says.

The incident ends with him telling the woman, “F**k you. Get the f**k out of here.”

Bieber was not in town at the time of the incident. He was in Miami for Game 7 of the NBA Finals on Thursday night.

The singer’s neighbors have complained about his dangerous driving on several occasions.

In late May, NFL star Keyshawn Johnson said he chased down Bieber after seeing him speed by in his Ferrari.

When he confronted Bieber, the pop star said that it was a friend who was behind the wheel, Johnson said.

Deputies responded and interviewed Johnson, but Bieber declined to talk, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Prosecutors were still investigating an incident from March where Bieber allegedly spit on a neighbor who confronted him about speeding.
