The 88-second long teaser for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” showed sights unfamiliar to fans, such as a rolling droid and a Sith Lord wielding a three-sided lightsaber.

But it also included some old familiar images, including storm troopers, X-wing starfighters and — perhaps the highlight of the entire teaser — the Millennium Falcon, which hasn’t been seen since the 1983 Star Wars film “Return of the Jedi.”

In addition to be available online and on iTunes, the trailer was slated to appear in 30 movie theaters across the country beginning Friday.

Those eager to see the actual movie will have to wait though, as Episode VII of the Star Wars saga will not be released until Dec. 18, 2015.
