Oregon College Reopens After Gunman Kills 8 Students, 1 Professor

Days after a gunman killed eight students and a professor at Oregon’s Umpqua Community College, the campus was expected to reopen Monday in order to offer mental-health services and allow people to retrieve their belongings.
