An 18-year-old female has been arrested for a pair of shootings in San Pedro that occurred in January and left one man dead.

Authorities say Estrella Rojas, a resident of San Pedro, is responsible for two shootings that took place two weeks apart.

The first occurred on Jan. 6 when two suspects accosted a 19-year-old man. When the victim drove away, one of the suspects fired at the 19-year-old’s vehicle, he escaped the incident unharmed.

Then, on Jan. 20, police say Estrella was involved in a dispute with another party around 12:15 a.m. at Machista, a bar located at the corner of Pacific Avenue and West 10th Street.

“There was a physical altercation inside the bar before the shooting,” the LAPD spokesperson confirmed to KTLA. “The suspect fired multiple rounds, striking three people.”
