Parents: LAUSD students with special needs lose vital services amid coronavirus distance learning

More than 60,000 special-needs students are enrolled at Los Angeles Unified schools, and parents say it’s been especially difficult for them to cope with the loss of counseling and other services while campuses are closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
