New ‘Friends’ pop-up unveiled to celebrate sitcom’s 30th anniversary

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood will be there for you! The company announced the opening of a brand-new exclusive ‘Friends’ display inside its studio store ahead of the show’s 30th anniversary.

That means this experience is free, no studio tour ticket purchase necessary.

The one-of-a-kind display offers fans an up-close look at some of the costumes that defined some of the most memorable moments in ‘Friends’ history.

This exhibit showcases iconic costumes from the show, including:

Jennifer Aniston recently spoke out about the shows upcoming anniversary during Variety’s Actors on Actors series.

The actress was interviewed by ‘Abbott Elementary’ creator, Quinta Brunson. During the interview, Aniston teared up and said, “It’s so strange to think that it’s even 30 years old. I remember the day it was going to premiere on television on NBC … the excitement we had, it feels like yesterday,”

“The fact that it’s had this long, wonderful life and it still means a lot to people is one of the greatest gifts,” Aniston continued. “All six of us. We never could imagine.”

If you decide to take a tour, you can take pictures in front of the famous ‘Friends’ fountain from the show’s opening credits, see Stage 24, known as ‘The Friends Stage,’ where all 10 seasons were filmed, and visit the authentic Central Perk set. Guests can also enjoy a coffee from the recreated Central Perk Café.

This display comes just in time to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the beloved TV show this September. Warner Bros. has released 30th anniversary items like t-shirts, hats, games and kitchenware inside its Studio Store.
