Mother Claims School Covered Up ‘Snitches Get Stitches’ Threat Against Daughter

The mother of a student at Rowland Avenue Elementary School in West Covina said Tuesday that her daughter was threatened with a knife by a classmate who warned her that “snitches get stitches.”
