Andi Gusmari, 44, walked into Hayward Police Department’s lobby early Monday morning and was said to be in good shape physically, Los Angeles Police Department Sgt. Paula Davidson said.

It was unknown how he got to the station, which is located in the San Francisco Bay area’s Alameda County. The department is an estimated 366 miles from the University of Southern California, according to Google maps.

Gusmari went missing Saturday evening after disappearing from a festival at USC.

Police asked for the public’s help Sunday in locating Gusmari, who was said to have a speech impediment and not speak English.
