Man, woman found dead in Rosemead, authorities investigating

Authorities are investigating after a man and a woman were found dead in Rosemead on Wednesday. 

Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of someone not breathing near the 7600 block of Steddom Drive at around 12:20 p.m.

Arriving deputies found a man and a woman who were both unconscious and not breathing. They were pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

The cause of their death remains under investigation. Authorities have not released their identities and the circumstances leading up to their death are unclear.

Homicide investigators arrived on the scene and the official cause of death will be determined by the L.A. County Department of Medical Examiner.  

No arrests were made at the scene. The relationship between the two victims is unknown.
