A 25-year-old man was found guilty Monday of trespassing at the Hollywood Hills home of model Kendall Jenner.

But jurors in the downtown Los Angeles courtroom acquitted Shavaughn McKenzie of a misdemeanor stalking charge, according to a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Los Angeles police arrested McKenzie on Aug. 15 at Jenner’s home in the 1600 block of Marmont Avenue, according to jail records.

Jenner had pulled into her driveway that evening and spotted McKenzie, who tried to talk to her, the Associated Press reported at the time.
