Family members of two law-enforcement officials killed earlier this month in the line of duty, spoke at a press conference Tuesday afternoon alongside prosecutors to urge the public to vote no on Proposition 57. Opponents say the ballot measure will overturn decades old criminal justice laws and allow nearly 16,000 violent offenders to be released from prison early.
