A group of first responders from multiple agencies banded together to help rescue a woman who was trapped in her car after being involved in a rollover collision in Sylmar early Tuesday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The female driver began screaming for help after the 2 a.m. crash on the 210 Freeway, prompting officers to take action before the fire department could get to the scene, a CHP news release stated.
A photo from the scene captured multiple CHP officers, two Los Angeles Police Department officers, two paramedics and two fire explorers holding up the vehicle, which had landed on its roof.
While emergency personnel held up the car, one of the paramedics crawled under and was able to get the woman out, according to the hospital.
She sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
It was not immediately clear how the vehicle ended up on its roof.
No further information has been released.
