Family searches for missing L.A. County teen 

Loved ones are searching for a teenager who disappeared in Carson on Tuesday.

The at-risk teen was identified as Jaden Lamont Jefferson, 18, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Jefferson was last seen on the 600 block of Loyola Avenue at around 1 a.m.

He is described as a Black male standing 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 142 pounds. He has black hair in a low afro, brown eyes, and a mustache.

He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater with “2Pac Biggie” written on it, black pants, and black shoes. He also has a tattoo saying, “Joeisha” on his right arm.

Jefferson’s family has not heard from him since and is concerned for his well-being. Loved ones said the teen also suffers from depression.

Authorities have released photos of the teen in hopes someone may have spotted him.
