California Proposition 57: What Voters Need to Know

When Californians go to the polls on Election Day, one of the measures on the ballot they will vote on is Proposition 57, which involves the so-called “early release” of non-violent felons and makes accused lawbreakers under the the age of 18 subject to the state’s juvenile court system.
