The Arcadia Police Department announced early Tuesday morning that a woman who was reported missing has been located.
Authorities earlier said 21-year-old Susana Celest Pelaez was last seen on May 3 in Arcadia but Pelaez was “located and reunited with her family,” a post on the Police Department’s Facebook page stated in an update shortly after midnight.
Arcadia Police and Pelaez’s family had asked the public for help in the search because they were concerned for her well-being.
No further details about her disappearance or how she was located were provided.
